Energy-Effective Offloading Scheme in UAV-Assisted C-RAN System

In this article, we aim to minimize the total power of all Internet Things Devices (IoTDs) by jointly optimizing user association, computational capacity, transmit power, and location unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in an UAV-assisted cloud radio access network (C-RAN). order solve nonconvex problem, propose effective algorithm solving four subproblems iteratively. For association capacity subproblems, constraints are relaxed optimal solutions obtained. control planning successive convex approximation (SCA) technique is used transform into ones. Moreover, obtain suboptimal solutions, slack variables also introduced deal with feasibility-check problems. The simulation results demonstrate that proposed can greatly reduce consumption IoTDs.
